Q,Why is there a fee to join Mystic Charms™?
A, To stop consumers (your potential customers) from buying direct from the dropship site rather than from our members sites. And because it costs us to run the dropshipping service, the subscription helps cover some of this overhead.
A. A yearly membership fee is charged (£35 including VAT), and just the cost of your orders.
Q. Are there any hidden costs as you state low start up costs?
A.. There are no hidden costs, all costs are listed on our website and include VAT at 20% so you are able to make an informed decision.
Q. What discount on retail can I expect?
A. We do not work on a discount from the retail price. Our prices are a % added to the trade price we pay which normally gives you 35% to up to a 60% depending on the products, average profit is around 40 - 50%.
Q. Can I preview of your prices?
A. Due to the increasing competitive market we no longer allow access to trade prices unless you are a member. We are able to forward a few examples should you request them.
Q. What about postage costs and which services do you use?
A. We use Royal Mail First Class and Royal Mail First Class Recorded for all UK parcels. Royal Mail Air Mail for all overseas parcels. If a parcel is over 2Kilo in weight we may use a courier service for UK deliveries, for parcels going over seas weighing over 2kilo, we will split into smaller parcels and send Air Mail. Postage is worked out by weight and is added in the shopping cart. We use Royal Mail rates plus £1.50 per parcel service fee which covers things like packing materials, time to pack the items and getting the items to the Post Office.
A. Yes we do ship world wide. Overseas parcels go via Air Mail and are restricted to 2kilos though you can split large orders into two or more parcels if required.
Q. Can I order from you 24 hour/7 days a week ?
A. Yes - though we only post out Monday to Friday.
Q. How long does it take before you post my order?
A. We aim for next day posting on all items that are in stock and are ordered before 11am (excluding weekends and Bank holidays). We have deliveries of stock two or three times a week so if an item is out of stock when you order it, we should have it back in stock within the week. We recommend that you tell your customers to allow 14 days from ordering to receipt.
Q. Do you notify me when my order has been posted?
A. Yes we do. We send you an email with the date it was posted, if you have chosen Recorded Delivery we will add the tracking details to the notification and any messages are added.
Q. If I have an order for multiple items and some are out of stock do you keep hold of the order till all items are back in stock?
A. Normally we send out the items we have in stock and add a note to the order to say the other items are to follow. We notify you on the order form if anything is to follow and again when we have completed the order.
Q. Do I need to be a registered business or have any licences to use your service?
A. Not if you are UK based. If you are based overseas you should take advice from someone on what you will need to be a trader.
Q. Do I need any references of trading?
A. No we do not require references of proof of trading. One of the reasons Mystic Charms™ was set up is so that you can start a business without having to supply trade references or be subjected to minimum order amounts.
Q.Do you have any minimum order amounts?
A. No, for dropshipping items we do not have a minimum order amount.
Q. How can I obtain pictures and descriptions for my website or auctions?
A. Simply you can copy and paste our descriptions and ‘right click and save’ on the pictures. We also supply csv files to upload to websites although you will require some knowledge of how to do this. We also offer website support and help via the forum on the csv files.
Q. How do I know that you will not advertise your business name when you send out my orders?
A. It is not in our interests to do so. We send all items out in plain envelopes/packing, all parcels have your address details as the return address
Q. Can you add compliment slips or leaflets to my orders if I supply them.
A. Sorry no, this would be a nightmare for our packers to do and there could always be the chance they get mixed up. We do not add anything to the parcels other than the product and if needed a ‘to follow’ slip.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept Paypal payments, credit/debit payments made through Paypal and Bank Transfer. Obviously, bank transfer payment will take time to clear and we will be unable to send out any orders until we have cleared funds.
A. The rules are set by the UK Customs and Excise. This only applies in the UK if you are VAT registered. At the time of writing you only need to register yourself with VAT if you are turning over, or, you are likely to be turning over, in excess of £71K per year.

A. Your customer will pay you the full price you charge and postage costs direct to you. You then place your order via our webstore and we charge you the dropship price plus postage. The difference between the price you sell at and the price you pay Mystic Charms™ is your profits (your pay) to keep yourself.

A. This depends on how much time and effort you put into the business. This is not a ‘get rich scheme’ and it will take a few months before you start to make any real profits. We give you the tools to make a successful online business, along with support and advice. Follow this and you will soon start to make a decent income.
Q. Can I add my own/other products to my website ?
A, yes you can, you can add and delete any of our products you wish. We make only one request that you do not sell out items alongside adult sex products.
Q. How do my orders get to you?
A. When you get an order from your site you then have to ‘shop’ on our site and place the order. Your details go in billing address and your customers details in shipping/delivery address. At checkout you pay the dropship price plus postage.
Q. What if a customers pays for their order via paypal and then says they didn't receive it/broken/rubbish whatever or charges back for some reason from my paypal account?
A. Our obligations are slightly different from yours as we are trade to trade and you will be trade to consumer. But we will replace broken items and have procedures for lost in post items. If a customer changes their mind that would be down to you to deal with, accept back the product and reimburse your customer and hope you are able to sell the product on at a later date. This does not apply to things such as the herbs and resins and spell kits and supplies. By legislation all items are sold as curios so they cannot come back to you or I and say ‘I did not win the lottery so I want my money back on this spell kit!’. How you handle a complaint like that would be up to you, it rarely happens, though lots of help and advice can be found on our forum.

A, yes, please do, that is what will make your site stand out from the others though do not alter the product item number.

A. Our tutorials are from very basic how to set up Paypal in your store up to how to add csv files.

A. Ongoing costs are domain name renewal after one year, hosting for your website (£50 per year) and yearly membership fees to Mystic Charms™ (£35).

A. Yes, and you can add and delete products as you wish.
Q. Will my website be 100% ownership of mine?
A. Yes the website will be yours. If we register a domain name for you we will do this in your name.

A. Yes but if you add a stock feed from another wholesaler/dropshipper and it goes wrong we will not be able to offer free website support to fix this.

A. We use Zencart and Evocart for the shopping cart and a Blogging add on should be available and we can add that at an extra cost.

A. We can add most languages to your store though this requires an extra cost and it would not be possible to use our csv files for updates.
A. As soon as you register with Mystic Charms™ we will authorise your account so you can view prices and make purchases. Depending on the time of day this can be within minutes or hours but always less than 24hrs. Websites take a few days to put together and this time frame does depend on how quickly you can answer emails and make decisions on colour/style/logos. You should be running within a week to ten days depending on style of site. The phone lines take a few days to activate, any of the Phone Line Business Plans can take up to 14days to be implemented as these are activated/implemented by our service supplier.

A. Calls made by the caller are £1.53 per minute, for credit card payments the costs are £30 for a 20 minute reading, £45 for a 30 minute reading, extra minutes are charged at £1.50 per minute. These charges are from UK land lines, calls from mobiles may cost more.

A. A a service that is set up within 24 hours of payment, once purchased this service cannot be refunded. If you wish to cancel your account and terminate your phone line all payments due from Mystic Charms to you regarding revenue generated will be paid within 60 days of cancellation. No refund is available should you wish to cancel.
