my name is Jenny and have just become a yearly member, but I have no idea where to begin
I have two other websites, so I'm not that useless, but I can't get my head around Zencart. If someone can help me or just give me a starting point I would be very grateful.

I do not own a MC zen cart site, but own a zen cart site.
If you have any specific questions then send me a private message and I would be happy to offer any advice that i can :-)
There are details within the Success with Mystic Charms guide on adding products to zencart, there is also the zen cart user forum and lots of help and advice on there.
It is also why we offer the two options, basic membership for those that can add products to their own sites and have some working knowledge to get started, or the website option for those that require us to set it all up and get it running ready to take orders.
You do not have to have a zen cart to use the csv files, just knowledge on how to edit them to upload to the store you are using, or there is copy and paste.

in a nutshell - if you have a zencart installed then its just a matter of adding a module called "easy populate" then that allows you to use a CSV file and image pack to upload all the mystic charms products to your site.
