OKey dokey. Here once again.. ha ha!

I'm in the process of now testing things out with my shop, and am doing a test buy. I've installed the Zone Rates, and copied all the info from the text file.

I've gone into to buy 1 candle, and the postage rates says that it's a 3.02 lb package and charges me £9!!! Angry

I've checked and double checked all the wording/copying etc, but cannot find where I've gone wrong.

Once again, this fine Sunday, I thank you in advance for any assistance.

Have you done this ?

go to configuration/shipping & Packing and the following two should be 0 (zero) - normally zen sets them higher and that may be setting your weight higher than it should be.

Package Tare Small to Medium - added percentage:weight 0
Larger packages - added packaging percentage:weight 0
