Hi

I got that error message the first time I tried to uploading to google base. You need to make sure you are using the correct attribute names.

The ones that I used and worked are:-

link
title
description
price
image_link
id

What attribute names did you use?

Nat
I got a list of errors the first two times I tried to upload... I just kept trying, didn't change a single thing, and the third attempt (and every update since then) has uploaded without any errors.
I used pretty much the same as natalie, It was the ID that was causing the problem. And got rid of "In Stock"
Just something to mention, I've been uploading for ages now without problems but today I went to do it (I do a manual update) and it failed, so I tried to open the file in Excel, and it failed, so I tried to open it as "read-only workbook" and it failed again but showed the error as being in my Cosmic Cheque item which I recently added. I opened Zen Admin edited the product slightly, saved it, ran creation a new google base file, uploaded it and it worked, so worth noting that things can go wrong with you add new items of stock!
Some of my data comes up in the wrong colums too. I just do a quick scan down the file and make sure its all in line, the new products i added were showing up with an extra blank colum, i just cut and pasted it over and it worked.
Hi everyone,

I have a problem with creating the .xml file through ZC's google base feeder. I've created my base and ftp account on google, downloaded the mod from ZC, unzipped, added php files to relative folders (the html index file in the 'feed' folder directs me to a blank page though... think there's something wrong there...), created directory feed folder in my home (root: public html, is that right?) and run the sql patch thing... all fine. But when trying to create the file from google base feeder in tools I get the following error: the requested URL /googlefroogle.php was not found on this server.
Apache/2 Server at http://www.thequintessence.biz Port 80
What does this mean? Have I missed out something?
Oh, and for the google base feeder configuration in admin... done everything correctly I think, but actually don't know which voices are relevant for setting up the whole thing...
I gave up on it in the end all I got were errorsAngry
