Just sending Samhain blessings to you all!
Anyone doing anything interesting/exciting to celebrate? I've got a 6 year old's party to deliver! My son was born on Samhain to the delight of his Dad/my husband! So I have gone mad and am doing a disco/fancy dress thing for 45 children .... seemed like a good idea at the time - not so sure now!
Hoping to get to the Chalice Well in Glastonbury afterwards for some chill out time and go to the celebrations there.
Ali xx
Happy Haloween everyone
My day is going to be spent at work (8am - 7pm) so if anyone wants to cast a few spells to find a way for me to get out of there early it would be apreciated

However it is fancy dress, but I didn't know till late last night

not sure I can disguise my mop as a broomstick and my pink sparkly hat as a witches black hat

Its our wedding anniversary so going out for meal, also its time when we remember people whom are no longer with us
Samhain blessings all.
I wont be doing much, just me and Xander, but its delivery day for me got 30 boxes arriving his morning, so I'll be spending time sorting and delivering for most of the day.
I will of course spend some time remembering those who are no longer here.
xx
We have an overnight investigation in a haunted pub tonight.

Wow that will be good, do post tomorrow on how it goes Poppy.
What pub is it?
nooooo fair
where you gonna be Poppy??????
Happy Halloween everyone!
That sounds like fun poppy, good luck

Hi and thanks for the interest.
The investigation wasn't brilliant. There were far too many people with the landlady springing an extra five on us at the last minute. My daughter and I left early because she had work at 8am, so maybe things happened afterwards. I will let you know.
It was at The Walnut Tree pub in Aldington, Kent, the home of The Aldington Gang, a well known band of smugglers.
The landlady had reported glasses coming off the shelf one by one, and a bell ringing on its own. They found a human skull in the well during renovations, and two bodies under the floor, so we did have high hopes.
Our next one is limited to ten people, and we will have a few old rooms so that will be better. that will be at The Mermaid Inn in Rye, Sussex. That one is classed as the most haunted pub in England I believe? They are allowing us nearly 24 hours in there.
