Psychic Phone Lines Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to phone lines purchased from Mystic Charms Psychic Services only and not from UK Psychic Lines
1. Psychic Phone Lines and readers are provided by Mystic Charms™ Psychic Services.
2. Mystic Charms™ shall not be liable for any fault or interruption in the operation of the Mystic Charms™ Psychic Services Network or in the availability or provision of services cause by fault or interruption in services supplied.
3. All rights and ownership to your assigned telephone number remain with Mystic Charms™ Psychic Services.
4. You cannot sell, assign, transfer away or otherwise agree to transfer your assigned telephone number.
5. The telephone number may be changed or decommissioned from time to time by Mystic Charms™ Psychic Services for operation or technical reason or because Mystic Charms™ Psychic Services is required to do so by a supplier of in order to comply with regulatory requirements.
6. The telephone number is unique for use within the UK only and any international call charge rates may apply to any use of the services by the end user outside of the territory.
7. Where your phone line fails to maintain a minimum use Mystic Charms™ Psychic Services my withdraw such telephone number and terminate the agreement of that number with Mystic Charms™.
7a. Minimum use is considered to be 10 calls over six months.
8. Members shall comply with and shall ensure that all End Users comply with, any policy relating to the use of the telephone numbers notified to it by Mystic Charms™ Psychic Services from time to time.
9. Members shall give Mystic Charms™ / Mystic Charms™ Psychic Services as much written notice (email is acceptable) prior to undertaking any marketing or other activities or events which might reasonably be expected to materially increase the volume of calls processed using the service.
1. Mystic Charms™ will make revenue payments on 20th of every month, one month in arrears i.e. calls/revenue from March is paid May. There is a minimum revenue amount of £5.00 to be generated each month before any payment is made. There are no rollover months should the minimum revenue generated not exceed £5.00.
2. Our payment for credit card psychic lines is a net 50p per minute.
Suspension of account
1. Mystic Charms™ may immediately interrupt, suspend or vary the availability or provision of any service where;
A. Mystic Charms™ reasonably considers that the use of the service by the member or end user may materially affect (1) the quality of the services or (2) the performance, security or integrity of any part of the Network of (3) the network of services of any third party (including any supplier) or
B. Such action is reasonably required for technical or operational reasons.
C. Mystic Charms™ or its Supplier is required to do so pursuant to Legislation or an order or an appropriate regulatory body.
D. Any services or facilities required by Mystic Charms™ Supplier in order properly to provide the services are interrupted, suspended or varied by a supplier for any reason.
Premium Rate Service Revenue Payments
1. The call rates payable from Mystic Charms™ to account holder is £0.48 per minute net on each Premium Rate Number.
2. Traffic is calculated on a monthly basis beginning on 1st of each calendar month.
3. Payment terms up to 50 days following end of month, assuming payment is received from Mystic Charms™ Psychic Services.
4. The call charges are expressed in pence per call and the amounts payable will be calculated on a per second basis, rounded up the the nearest second.
5. These payment provisions may be subject to amendment from time to time in accordance with the relevant provisions of this agreement.
Compliance with Legislation
1. Mystic Charms™ will use it reasonable endeavours to provide members with updates to the Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Members acknowledges that this Acceptable Use Policy is provided for guidance purposes only and regardless of its contents, the members compliance with this Acceptable Use Policy shall not diminish the members obligations to take its own steps to ensure that it is familiar with all relevant Legislation that apply to it.
3. Members will comply with all current and relevant guidance and codes of practice issued by ICSTIS, the Financial Services Authority, Mobile Marketing Association, the Information Commissioner and the Networks in respect of the provision of the members’ services and the delivery of Premium Rate SMS.
4. No unsolicited message is sent to any End User.
5. Members must adhere to the various guidelines and regulatory requirements in respect of the advertising, marketing and promotion of a Premium Rate Service depending on the relevant media used to advertise market or promote the service and its intended and likely audience.
5a. For all premium rate services (phone lines and text services) the price per minute/per text must clearly be stated immediately after or below the number/keyword.
5b. The statement ‘Calls cost £1.53 per minute from a BT landline, other networks may vary. 18+ and calls are recorded. Service provided by Mystic Charms™’ must be included on all advertising and directly underneath any premium service advertised.
6. Members shall ensure that it clearly states the standard charge for access to its services on all promotions.
7. Members accept sole responsibility for the quality and content of its advertising, marketing and promotion of their services and ensure that they comply with all applicable laws and regulations
8. Non-compliance and non-registration with Phonepayplus for premium rate lines may result in hefty fines been posed and phone lines been disconnected.
9. Phone lines that have not been active (calls received) will be disconnected after six months. We will notify you before disconnecting.
10. Registration with Phonepayplus is compulsory for anyone advertising premium rate phone calls and text services where the payment is collected by the users’ phone line company.
