What Do They Mean
To dropship means sell a product that you do not hold the stock for or handle at any time
To be a dropshipper means you advertise a large amount of products that you do not stock or handle
Dropshipping is a process of which a wholesaler will sell you goods at a wholesale price, when you receive orders from your customers which have paid your price you then send that order over to the wholesaler which then sends the goods on your behalf, you only pay when your customer pays.

Purchasing
1. If we cancel any order we shall offer a refund or a credit to your account the price paid by you.
2. We shall attempt to fulfil all orders in accordance with our terms and conditions.
3. It is your responsibility to ensure full payment is collected from your customer. We recommend that you receive payment in full clear funds before ordering the product from us.
4. If we are unable to supply the product ordered we will allow you to source the product from another provider.
5. We try our best to describe our products as accurate as possible, however we cannot assure that product descriptions or any content within this site are error-free.
6. Please keep in mind that the items may appear larger in pictures, as we have tried to show as much detail of the products as possible, please always check the size or measurement in product descriptions. Colours shown on your monitor may also be slightly different from the actual colour of the products.1. We will arrange for the Products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in your Order
2. We put our return address label on the reverse of packages for security reasons.
3. We aim to ship all products within 5-14 business days, but no longer than 21 business days. If a situation arises that will delay your order in any way we will contact you by phone or email.
4. The period stated within which your orders are dispatched is approximate
5. We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our control.
6. Items that are Missing or lost in the post will be replaced or a refund credited to your account after a period of 15 working days from dispatch for UK deliveries and 25 working days for all other deliveries.
7. We will do our best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as possible after being notified of them
8. All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Post. All overseas orders are sent via Air Mail.
9. Postage prices are based on Royal Mail weight/price tables plus a service fee of £0.87, packaging cost of £0.43.
10. All items have been given actual (actual weight of item not wrapped for posting) weights in grms. All weights are added up in the checkout and the relevant charge is made automatically.

We send all our UK orders via First Class Royal Mail Post. In the event of an item going missing we will process a claim for missing goods via the post office and seek the compensation and will send out another as soon as possible.
Returns
1. All goods purchased from Mystic Charms are covered by our 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you or your buyer wish to return any goods you must contact us first.
2. We do not offer refund or exchange for change of mind.
3. If you receive any of our products that are not as described, you can return them in unused, original condition.
4. A full refund shall be issued on receipt of the goods. We reserve the right to deduct postage expenses.
5. You must return items within 10 days in a new and unused condition.
6. Where a product has a security seal, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken
7. We reserve the right to levy a 10% restocking fee for all returns. This does not apply to broken or damaged items.
8. We will replace items that have manufacturers faults on receipt of the faulty goods.
9. Missing or faulty items must be claimed within 3 days of receipt of your orders; Returns must be received within 10 days from our acceptance of your claims
10. Refunds will only be offered where a replacement is unavailable. Refunds are in the form of a credit to your account.
11. Herbs, Resins & Powders are non returnable.
