Web Store eCommerce packages include the following

1. Buyers who purchase the e Commerce option are agreeing to the following conditions before proceeding:
2. The hosting of the website is with Mystic Charms™ Hosting Services.
3. As a service no refunds will be given for basic seller accounts previously purchase, or the purchase of eCommerce websites.
4. Buyers accept that on purchase of the eCommerce account the contract will start immediately.
5. Hosting is included in the set up fee and remains active for 12 months.
6. Hosting and ecommerce sites remain available only on receipt of yearly renewal for hosting and (if required) domain name renewal.
7. If after 12 months, yearly hosting payment is not received or is cancelled then hosting and ecommerce site will be disabled within seven days.
8. Should hosting and ecommerce websites be disabled due to non-payment, payment for arrears must be received before site is enabled.
9. Should no further payments be received after initial cancellation/or failure to pay for a period of 60 days the seller account and ecommerce site will be deleted.
10. eCommerce accounts include registering a domain name ending co.uk or .com.
11. Renewal of domain names (1 year for co.uk, 2 yearly for .com) is payable at the sum of £11.00
11a. If on renewal of domain name you choose not to renew, the domain name may be renewed and used by Mystic Charms™ for its own purposes including any goodwill previously generated by said domain name.
12. For whatever reason you wish to transfer away the domain name within the first twelve months a minimum transfer away fee of £15 is required.
13. eCommerce sites are created with a choice of basic templates installed. Headers/logo/banner images are not included.
14. Support (via step by step guide and or email) in setting up your ecommerce shopping cart with PayPal standard payment method is included.
15. Set up is not immediate and may take up to 10days during busy periods
16. The eCommerce account is purchased from Mystic Charms™ and the buyer agrees to have the website created by our representative and hosted by Mystic Charms™ Hosting Services
17. Buyers are also agreeing to our representative’s copyright link being placed in a discreet area of the installed website.
18. Buyers purchasing an eCommerce account may use their own domain name if they so wish. Assistance with redirecting a domain name can be found with your current hosting company. Mystic Charms™ cannot assist in redirections.
19. The ecommerce store cannot be installed as a ‘module’ through your own hosting. Mystic Charms™ Hosting Services must be used.
20. We shall use our reasonable endeavours to make available to you at all times the Server and the Services but we shall not, in any event, be liable for interruptions of Service or down-time of the Server.
21. We shall have the right to suspend the Services at any time and for any reason, generally without notice, but if such suspension lasts or is to last for more than 7 days you will be notified of the reason.
22. The Services provided to you and your account with us cannot be transferred or used by anyone other than you.
23. Support for your website is provided via a support ticket system and/or via email.
24. Support may be withdrawn if it is deemed to have been misused or excessively used. You will be advised by email in advance including reasons given.
