Basic Dropshipping Seller Account Terms & Conditions
1. You must be over 18 years of age to subscribe to this site.
2. Seller accounts are a yearly subscription, automatically renewing on a yearly basis on the date the subscription is created via Paypal Subscription payment.
3. Subscriptions are created via PayPal Subscriptions service and will renew direct via your PayPal account yearly unless cancelled via your PayPal account.
4. Cancellations in PayPal can only be instigated by the PayPal seller/account holder and not Mystic Charms™.
5. Mystic Charms™ is notified of cancellations via PayPal. Mystic Charms™ ™ accepts this notification of cancellation to terminate the sellers account and withdraw all from that date.
6. You shall be entitled to use our services as a seller on receipt of the yearly dropshipping fee.
7. Due to the confidential information available to sellers on subscribing to the Mystic Charms™ services no refund will be given if a seller decides to cancel at any time. Sellers are required to confirm acceptance of these rules when completing the subscription.
8. You must provide accurate and complete information upon registering and it is your responsibility to update us of any changes (including your email address).
9. Each account is for the single individual named on your account registration.
10. You are responsible for all use made of your account, including preventing any unauthorised use.
11. If you believe there has been any unauthorised use of your account, you must notify Mystic Charms™ immediately by contacting us via email or telephone.
12. Unauthorised use or a breach of these terms and conditions will result in the suspension of your account until the matter is resolved to our satisfaction.
13. We reserve the right to make changes to any part of the services provided. Any such changes will not, in our opinion, materially reduce the content or functionality of the services.
14. We endeavour to remedy faults in the services including technical faults and downtime of the website with minimal disruption.
15. In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website
16. The services we provide to you are for sale of products to your customers for business, private, consumer and domestic purposes only.
17. Mystic Charms™ supplies products on a trade-only basis.
18. Mystic Charms™ will not supply products and reserve the right to cancel any order made by you if we have reason to believe that your or your customer is operating as a drop shipper.
19. Mystic Charms™ offers customers product ranges to promote via their website or otherwise.
20. Mystic Charms™ offers a basic seller account with use of image files, product/ csv and xml files. Some technical knowledge is required to use these files. Mystic Charms™ ™ offers fully set up websites as an alternative for sellers with limited technical knowledge.
21. Images of Products on the Site are for illustrative purposes; actual Products may differ from such images in size, shape or colour
22. Sellers are recognising that product ranges may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
