These are our Terms and Conditions of Membership to Mystic Charms Dropshipping. Customers are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions before membership/purchase has commenced.

Agents Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they govern the relationship between you, and us and limit our liability to you. By accepting these terms and conditions you are forming a contract with us and agreeing to the terms and conditions that appear below. References to “you” and “your” are to you as an individual. References to “us”, “our” and “we” are to Mystic Charms.

SUBSCRIPTION

1. You must be over 18 years of age to subscribe to this site.

2. On receipt of your membership fee you shall be entitled to use our services as a member.

3. All Membership packages are non-refundable

4. You must provide accurate and complete Membership information and it is your responsibility to update us of any changes (including your email address).

5. Each Membership is for the single individual named in your Membership information.

6. Upon receipt of your Membership we shall issue you with a user ID and password. You are responsible for the security and safety of your user ID and password.

7 You are responsible for all use made of you user ID and password, including preventing any unauthorised use of your user ID and password.

8. If you believe there has been any unauthorised use of your user ID, you must notify us immediately by contacting us via email or telephone.

9. Unauthorised use or a breach of these terms and conditions will result in the suspension of your membership until the matter is resolved to our satisfaction.

10. We reserve the right to make changes to any part of the services provided. Any such changes will not, in our opinion, materially reduce the content or functionality of the services.

11. We endeavour to remedy faults in the services including technical faults and downtime of the website with minimal disruption.

12. In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website

13. The services we provide to you are for sale of products to your customers for business, private, consumer and domestic purposes only.

14. Mystic Charms supplies products on a trade-only basis.

15. We will not supply products and reserve the right to cancel any order made by you if we have reason to believe that your customer is operating as a drop shipper.

16. Mystic Charms offers customers product ranges to promote via their website or otherwise.

17. Images of Products on the Site are for illustrative purposes; actual Products may differ from such images

18. Members are recognising that product ranges may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Purchasing, Shipping & Returns

1. If we cancel any order we shall offer a refund or a credit to your account the price paid by you.

2. We shall attempt to fulfil all orders in accordance with our terms and conditions.

3. It is your responsibility to ensure full payment is collected from your customer. We recommend that you receive payment in full clear funds before ordering the product from us.

4. If we are unable to supply the product ordered we will allow you to source the product from another provider.

5. We will arrange for the Products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in your Order

6. We put our return address label on the reverse of packages for security reasons.

7. We aim to ship all products within 2-14 business days, but no longer than 21 business days. If a situation arises that will delay your order in any way we will contact you by phone or email.

8. The period stated within which your orders are dispatched is approximate

9. We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our control.

10. Items that are Missing or lost in the post will be replaced or a refund credited to your account after a period of 15 working days from dispatch for UK deliveries and 25 working days for all other deliveries.

11. We will do our best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as possible after being notified of them

Our Guarantee

1. All goods purchased from Mystic Charms are covered by our 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you or your buyer wish to return any goods you must contact us first.

2. A full refund shall be issued on receipt of the goods. We reserve the right to deduct postage expenses.

3. You must return items within 10 days in a new and unused condition.

4. Where a product has a security seal, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken

5. We reserve the right to levy a 10% restocking fee for all returns. This does not apply to broken or damaged items.

6. We will replace items that have manufacturers faults on receipt of the faulty goods.

7. Refunds will only be offered where a replacement is unavailable. Refunds are in the form of a credit to your account.

8. Herbs, Resins & Powders are non returnable.

General

1. Prices in our Members store are our dropshipping prices.

1. Prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax.

1. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.

1. All products are subject to availability

5. We accept all major credit and debit cards. The card must be registered to the account address.

eCommerce Membership Terms and Conditions

Members who purchase the e Commerce option are agreeing to the following conditions before proceeding:

The hosting of the website is with Mystic Charms Hosting Services.

As a service no refunds will be given to Members for membership, or the purchase of eCommerce Membership

Members accept that on purchase of the eCommerce Membership the contract will start immediately.

Hosting is a separate purchase and is payable seperately to the Mystic Charms membership

The Hosting agreement is for a minimum of 12 months.

The eCommerce Membership includes registering a domain name of your choice for one year, renewable annually.

The creation of a basic template with basic log/header and page style to the members liking is included as standard with the eCommerce Membership.

Support in setting up the shopping cart with Paypal automated payment method is included as standard with the eCommerce Membership.

Set up of website includes temporary template until design work is completed.

Set up is not immediate and may take up to 10days during busy periods

The eCommerce Membership is purchased from Mystic Charms and the member agrees to have the website created by www.tmw-websites.co.uk and hosted by Mystic Charms Hosting Services

. Members are also agreeing to a www.tmw-websites.co.uk copyright link being placed in a discreet area of the installed website.

Members purchasing the eCommerce Membership may use their own domain name if they so wish. If using your own domain name, then redirecting the name servers can take a few days to complete

The store can be installed as a 'module' through your own hosting as long as your hosting package is capable of hosting PHP files and has at least one MySQL database, we will need access to install the cart but no technical support is available as part of the package

We shall use our reasonable endeavours to make available to you at all times the Server and the Services but we shall not, in any event, be liable for interruptions of Service or down-time of the Server.

We shall have the right to suspend the Services at any time and for any reason, generally without notice, but if such suspension lasts or is to last for more than 7 days you will be notified of the reason.

The Services provided to you and your account with us cannot be transferred or used by anyone other than you.
